Radiation in tobacco smoke covered up by industry

ABC News reports on a new study by UCLA researchers that shows the tobacco industry knew for more than four decades that tobacco smoke contains polonium-210, a radioactive substance that poses significant cancer risk not only to smokers but to others exposed to “second-hand smoke.” Read the full article here.
